Supply chain
Compliance check
Step 1. Before we quote, we check the customer, the end user and the destination against sanctions and export-control requirements, and confirm any license needed.
Source
Step 2. Purchase from an OEM, authorized distributor or approved maintenance organization. The source and its approvals are checked before the order.
Inspection at the source
Step 3. The supplier inspects the part, its labels and packaging before dispatch and sends photos, video and certificates for our review. A part is not shipped until the review is complete and any question is resolved.
Document review
Step 4. Before dispatch we review the source documents — the release certificate (EASA Form 1 or FAA Form 8130-3) or, for new standard parts and consumables, the manufacturer's certificate of conformity — together with the traceability records and the supplier's photos and video of the part against the order: part number, serial or batch number and condition.
Packing
Step 5. We require the source to pack the part to the manufacturer's instructions. Documents travel with the part.
Delivery
Step 6. Shipped from the source to the customer by air freight or courier through a logistics or freight-forwarding provider. Delivery terms (Incoterms) are agreed for each order and stated in the quotation. Records are kept for at least five years.
