Data we collect
Through the quotation form: your name, company and country, email address, part number and quantity, the end user (operator), the country of operation, the aircraft type and registration, the intended use and your message, with a record of the versions of this notice and of the End-Use Statement undertaking shown to you, and the time of the request. By email: what you send us, including your phone number if you include it in your email.
Server logs
When you visit this website, the web server records your IP address, the time of the request, the requested URL, your browser's user agent and the response status. We use these records only for security and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest, Section 24(5) PDPA). They are kept for 14 days and then deleted.
Purpose and legal basis
To answer requests and perform contracts (contractual basis), and to carry out the export-control and sanctions checks for an order (legal obligation and legitimate interest), under Section 24 of the PDPA.
Recipients
We share personal data only as far as needed for the purposes above, with these categories of recipients: suppliers and freight forwarders, to fulfill an order; customs brokers, for customs clearance; our email and hosting providers (the website is hosted in Thailand, our email in Hong Kong); our bank, for payments; and Thai authorities, such as the Department of Foreign Trade, the Anti-Money Laundering Office and the Customs Department, when they request it under the law.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to an order: 2 years. Order records, including end-user details: at least 5 years. Server logs: 14 days. Database backup copies, kept on the same server: 14 days, then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
Cookies
This website uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies.
Cross-border transfers
The website and the data you send through its form are stored on a server in Thailand. Our email is hosted by a third-party hosting provider on servers in Hong Kong, so emails you send us, our replies and the notifications of your request are stored and processed there. We make these transfers under Section 28 of the PDPA, as they are necessary to answer your request and to perform or prepare a contract with you.
