Quality and traceability
Documents that come with a part
Each part ships with the documents of its source. The supplier inspects the part before dispatch and sends photos, video and certificates for our review.
Issued by the source
EASA Form 1
Authorised Release Certificate. Issued by an EASA-approved production or maintenance organization.
FAA Form 8130-3
Authorized Release Certificate. Issued by the FAA, its designees or an FAA-certificated repair station or production approval holder.
Manufacturer's Certificate of Conformity
Issued by the manufacturer for new standard parts and consumables.
Traceability records
Chain of ownership back to the last certified source.
Issued by MF Corporation
Our Certificate of Conformity
Issued with every order. Confirms that, based on our review of the source documents and the supplier's photos and video, the part supplied matches the order by part number, serial or batch number and condition. It does not replace a release certificate and does not certify airworthiness.
Suspected unapproved parts
If a part is suspected to be unapproved or counterfeit, we stop its sale and shipment, require the supplier to hold it in quarantine, notify the supplier and the customer, and report it to the competent authority — the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) and the authority behind the part's release document: the FAA for FAA-documented parts, EASA or the approving national authority for EASA-documented parts. Report a concern to quality@mf-corporation.com.
