Sanctions and export controls
Management statement
Our sales are subject to the applicable sanctions and export-control laws. We do not supply goods to Russia or Belarus, directly or through third countries, and we comply with the sanctions and export restrictions that apply to them. End-user details in a request are part of the checks we make before we quote. Our Sanctions and Export Control Compliance Policy sets out how we meet them.
Compliance policy
Sanctions and Export Control Compliance Policy, version 1.1, issued on January 21, 2023. Version 1.0 was approved by Director's Resolution No. 6/2023 on January 15, 2023 and took effect on January 18, 2023.
What a request needs
Request details
The request names the customer, the end user, the country of operation and the aircraft type.
Counterparty checks
Before we quote, we screen the customer, its owners, the end user, the consignee and the freight forwarder against the UN, AMLO, OFAC, EU and UK sanctions lists.
End-Use Statement
The buyer provides a signed End-Use Statement on request.
Records
Order records, including end-user details, are kept for at least 5 years.
